Perched atop a mountain on 122 unique acres, Indian Peak Ranch offers one of the Yosemite area's premier vacation homes. The ranch is just 13 miles southeast of the charming and historic town of Mariposa, and is centrally located between the Arch Rock (Highway 140) entrance to Yosemite National Park that leads into Yosemite Valley, and the southern (Highway 41) entrance to the Park which leads to Glacier Point, Badger Pass Ski Area, and some great hiking trails.

Indian Peak Ranch has the distinction of being the only facility of its’ kind in Mariposa County – Home to Yosemite National Park. It is the only vacation home on agricultural land, thus surrounded by miles of wide-open space - mountains, rolling hills, creeks, valleys and spectacular views and majestic panoramas in every direction. Watch the hawks soar by at eye level in the morning, and see a million stars and the Milky Way at night. Even the half mile driveway leading to the hideaway is glorious as it winds its way up the mountainside past granite boulders, blue oaks, gray pines, and views at every turn. This same scenic beauty surrounds the hideaway, inviting you to shed the stresses of your everyday life and enjoy the tranquility.

Each season brings special pleasures for guests. Spring is announced by a profusion of beautiful wildflowers. Gloriously warm evenings in the summer are highlighted by spectacular meteorite showers. Fall brings crisp days and wonderful color and contrasts as the nights grow colder. In the winter you can enjoy the snow-capped peaks in the distance as you cozy up to the warmth of a blazing fire.

The two-bedroom, two-bath, bi-level cabin-like chalet has high open beam ceilings centered around a massive native fieldstone fireplace. Surrounding the luxurious cabin is an extensive multi-level redwood deck with barbecue, swimming pool, and hot tub, where you can enjoy all-day sun, sensational sunsets, and those incredible views - a 360 degree panorama of 100 uninterrupted miles.
